Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
• Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 250
• Free Shipping: On all orders of PKR 3,000 or above

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking information if available.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Signature Garments is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.
